When you download this torrent is it suppose to be in a RaR format or just be a file because mine downloads then shows up as the info hash and not a folder so what do i do is there something wront with my computer or what

For those that get bad performance, regardless of your specs, disable the following: SSAO, Depth of field (DOF), Bloom, and definintely Uber Sampling.
when it asks for SID, direct it to the drive of the mounted image, hope this helps
